Our School Improvement Model
Our approach to school improvement is forensic and responsive.
- We don’t believe in a one size fits all plan when it comes to developing schools. Instead, we work with each school to develop a tailored improvement strategy to meet their individual needs.
- Our open, inclusive and collaborative approach sets us apart as a Trust, as does our energy, commitment, and the detailed, tailored and hands on support we provide to our school leaders. We target resources and support to ensure maximum impact.
- We believe that all schools should be continuously improving, regardless of where they are on their development journey. Working with our school partners, we take collective responsibility for school improvement.
