What this role involves

Graham School are looking for a Behavioural Support Officer to join our dedicated team. The core focus of this role is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the schools Attendance and Behaviour Policy and improving the attendance and behaviour of identified students who attendance and/or behaviour is a barrier to their performance. The successful applicant will be responsible for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on attendance and behaviour data.
